Dear Sir / Madam,

I'm writing to  have some information about the rubbish pick up
and how to recycle things.
I'm a new in the area and I have missed 3 weeks. Can you please told me what day the rubbish will be collected and what time? And I would like to know what I can put in recycle bins. 
I would be very grateful if you could answer me as soon as possbile.
